Pregnancy Reflexology

So, you are beginning your journey into birth and beyond and what an incredible one it is, if not a little over whelming at times.

I can lay my hands on you from the 1st trimester on, creating a safe environment for both mother to be and baby. Each session will be unique to the last as your body shifts alignment and evolves. I create a deeply personal and bespoke treatment. I’ll be listening to your requests and watching your body create a new abundance as your feet take on new stories.

You can come weekly from day 1 or every other and as time moves the magic can begin around 37 weeks where the treatment becomes deeper, elevating the shifts and supporting that sweet oxytocin. With regular treatments Maternity Reflexology can be used from preconception through to postnatal care, There are some powerful points to help with overdue pregnancies using a mix of Reflexology and acupressure points, there's even a point to aid in turning a breech position (assuming if they want to come out head first!)

Within this treatment I’ll be there to support you and your body, emotionally and physically. Rebalancing and supporting the hormones to aid your sense of self, energy levels, breast feeding, sleep and so forth. This is our time as parents to reset, taking moments for our own souls creating an art of self care. Relax into a soothing treatment that will nurture your body inside and out.
